Distribution of slavic languages

Public domain This work has been released into the public domain by its author, Robin Hood. This applies worldwide.

In some countries this may not be legally possible; if so:
Robin Hood grants anyone the right to use this work for any purpose, without any conditions, unless such conditions are required by law.

Note from the author: this map illustrates the distribution of the Slavic languages in the areas where it is either recognized as an official language, or spoken by a majority. It also shows, in stripes, the areas where a language was spoken before it got extinct or, the regions where it is best represented even if not spoken by a majority. Slavic languages are now spoken by minorities in a large number of places, but that distribution will be ignored on the map for graphical convenience.
