Stovka najvýznamnejších umelcov všetkých čias, v originálnom znení 100 Greatest Artists of All Time, je rebríčkom a poctou, ktorú vzdal umelcom hudobného priemyslu mienkotvorný popkultúrny časopis The Rolling Stone.
Článok s názvom ,,Nesmrteľní" (The Immortals) vyzdvihol v roku 2004 tých, ktorí sa podieľali na tvorbe hudobného žánru rock´n´roll a ktorých pôsobenie americký magazín zároveň označil ako ,,zásadnú lekciu v histórii rock´n´rollu s pretrvácajúcou silou, ktorá dokáže aj naďalej inšpirovať a pretvárať."[1]
Zoznam ,,Stovky najvyznamnejších umelcov všetkých čias" vyšiel v špeciálnom náklade magazínu Rolling Stone pri príležitosti 50. výročia rocku ako hudobného žánru.
The Rolling Stone okrem finálneho zoradenia hudobníkov oslovil aj rad výrazných súčasných umelcov, muzikantov a prodcentov, ktorý s magazínom spolupracovali na vytvorení sprievodných článkov o jednotlivých osobnostiach či skupinách kde preskúmali a popísali vplyv a význam jednotlivých hudobníkov.
