Sinajský kódex alebo Codex Sinaiticus (Gregory-Aland no. 01 alebo א) zo 4. storočia je jeden z najstarších a najcennejších rukopisov na svete. Kódex je napísaný v gréčtine na pergamene, v štyroch stĺpcoch na stranu. Bol objavený náhodou v roku 1844 na Sinaju.^[1]

Kódex nie je kompletný.

Kódex je vystavený v British Library (Additional Manuscripts 43725) v Londonu.^[1]
