Cable News Network (CNN) je káblová televízna spoločnosť z USA založená v roku 1980 Tedom Turnerom a Reesom Schonfeldom. Je súčasťou spoločnosti Warner Bros. Discovery. Stanica oslávila 25-ročné výročie vysielania 1. júna 2005. V dobe svojho založenia v roku 1980 bola CNN prvým televíznym kanálom, ktorý vysielal spravodajstvo 24 hodín a bola prvou v USA, ktorá sa špecializovala iba na spravodajstvo.[1]
