Deutsch: Zeichen 468-10: Schwierige Verkehrsführung. Das Zeichen wurde in dieser Form mit der StVO-Novelle von 1992 eingeführt. Es war in den Größen 600x600 mm sowie 840x840 mm erhältlich. Das Zeichen hatte eine 10 mm starke Lichtkante sowie einen 15 mm breiten Rand. Das Zeichen erhielt mit der StVO-Novelle von 2009 die Nummer 590-10.
