Deutsch: Zusatzzeichen 1012-30: Anfang. Zusatzzeichen in der seit dem 1. Juli 1992 gebräuchlichen Form. Es war 600 x 330 mm groß. Mit dem Inkrafttreten eines neuen Verkehrszeichenkataloges am 30. Mai 2017 wurde das Zeichen gestrichen. Es gehörte zu den ältesten Zusatzzeichen in der deutschen Straßenverkehrsordnung und war in einer Vorgängerversion bereits am 1. Januar 1938 Teil der StVO geworden.
