Sorry but I speak no slovian language, so I will try it to explain in english:
For all counties there are the population stored in various Šablóna:Obyvateľstvo-AT dependant of the country in Austria 2-9
So all the valuse would be updated with change of these Šablóny. The lines could be shown like so:

* 305 is the value out of the template Šablóna:Obyvateľstvo-AT-3
