FK Panevėžys je litovský futbalový klub pochádzajúci zo mesta Panevėžys.
Bol oficiálne založený v roku 2015.[1] Momentálne (marec 2023) je účastníkom najvyššej domácej súťaže s názvom A lyga.[2] Domáce zápasy hráva na štadióne Aukštaitijos stadionas, ktorý má kapacitu 4 000 miest. Hlavnými farbami klubu sú červená a modrá.
