John Naisbitt (* 15. január 1929, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA – † 8. apríl 2021, Velden am Wörther See, Rakúsko[1]) bol americký prognostik, futurológ, spisovateľ, poradca a manažér.
Kariéra[upraviť | upraviť zdroj]
Bol zakladateľom a vedúcim poradenskej firmy Megatrends, Ltd. Pôsobil ako riaditeľ IBM, Eastman Kodak. Pôsobil ako hosťujúci profesor Harvard University a tiež ako poradca a prednášateľ, radil politikom a svetovým korporáciam.
S manželkou Doris žil vo Viedni, Tiencine[2] a Veldene am Wörther See.[3]

Je autorom mnohých kníh, z ktorých niektoré napísal so svojou dnes už bývalou manželkou Patriciou Aburdeneovou, so svojou dcérou Nanou Naisbittovou alebo s japonskými kolegami. Niektoré knihy vydal iba v japonskom jazyku.
